Welcome to Pyro Kidswear. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our website. Pyro Kidswear reserves the right to update or modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice to you.

EXCHANGE REFUND POLICY

  • Exchange within 15 days subject to stock availability and proof of purchase
  • No refunds and no returns.
  • For exchange (return within 14 days of purchase) please email us at support@pyrokids.com during working days Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged.
  • Products purchased on ‘SALE’ can only be exchanged in different sizes, depending on the size availability.
  • In case of a lost shipment, a customer must inform via email support@pyrokids.com with the complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be shipped again.
  • Returning items will be returned at the customer’s cost.

 

Shipping Policy

Once you’ve successfully placed an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation SMS and email. Within 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive a verification call from our Customer Service (C.S) Department to verify the order details (You can inform them of any order-specific instructions or ask them any product-related queries). Once your order has been confirmed by our C.S. Department, it would be communicated to our warehouse for shipment.
